We gladly offer store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card Code for the return or exchange of merchandise purchased within 10 days after you have received your item(s). Customers wishing to receive store credit must complete the process detailed below.
***Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable and will not be included in the issued store credit. Thus, your store credit will only be issued for the cost of the merchandise (minus any discounts you received) only.***
In the event you receive damaged item(s), please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email the details of your request along with a photo of the damaged item(s), a description of the damage, your name and order number to customerservice@lovemegreek.com to be eligible for a free replacement.
A COUPLE OF THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

It is recommended that you use a shipping provider that offers package tracking and insurance as Love Me Greek cannot take responsibility for any package that is lost during the transit process.

Ensure that items are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit and delivery as this will impact your ability to either receive store credit or exchange an item(s).

Shipping fees are non-refundable and thus you will bear the cost of returning your items back to Love Me Greek as well as the shipping costs for shipment of the new item(s).

All goods will be inspected upon return before any store credit request will be honored. Love Me Greek reserves the right to deny the return or exchange of any item(s) that appear to be used, worn, washed, stained, torn, and/or damaged. Apparel items must be free of makeup, fragrance, and deodorant. We will not accept returns or exhanges that are not in new unworn and unused condition.

Personalized/Customized items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges unless the error is made by Love Me Greek. Be sure to DOUBLE CHECK that your information is correct prior to submitting your order.

Cell phone cases are NOT eligible for return or exchange unless the error is made by Love Me Greek. To ensure that you select the right size case, please make sure to check the settings on your phone to determine your phone model.

Store credit is issued electronically. You will receive an email with a code that can be applied to future purchases.

Subject line: Return for store credit or Exchange Request for Order XXXX
- PLEASE NOTE: For Exchange Requests, we will process the return and issue the Store Credit, that you can use to make a new purchase. We will also let you know if there will be a delay in getting the new item due to inventory levels.

Email must include: Your Name, Order Number, and a Description of why you are requesting a return.

Make sure to include a note inside the package you mail that includes the following: Name, Order Number, and a quick description of why the item(s) are being returned or exchanged.

Once your package is received and processed, you will be issued store credit within 3-5 business days. Your store credit will be in the amount of the purchase price of the returned item(s) only.
