RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items can ONLY be exchanged for Store Credit. 

We do NOT refund original shipping and handling charges.

Personalized/Customized items are NOT eligible for exchange unless the error is made by Love Me Greek. Be sure to DOUBLE CHECK that your information is correct prior to submitting your order.

Please email the details of your exchange request along with your name, description of why you are requesting an exchange, the new item(s) you would like to receive, and your order number to customerservice@lovemegreek.com

Please make sure to include a note inside of the package you are sending back to Love Me Greek that also contains the information listed above. 

In the event you receive damaged item(s), please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email the details of your request along with a photo of the damaged item(s), a description of the damage, your name and order number to customerservice@lovemegreek.com to be eligible for a free replacement.

All goods will be inspected upon return before an exchange request for a new item(s) will be shipped out. 

NOTE:

  • It is recommended that you use a shipping provider that offers package tracking and insurance as Love Me Greek cannot take responsibility for any return that is lost during the transit process.

  • Ensure that items are properly packaged to avoid damage during delivery as this will impact your ability to exchange an item.
