RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly offer store credit for the return of merchandise as well as accept exchanges for merchandise purchased within 10 days after you have received your item(s). Customers wishing to receive store credit or request an exchange must complete the return and exchange process detailed below.

***Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable and will not be included in the issued store credit. Thus, your store credit will only be issued for the cost of the merchandise.***

In the event you receive damaged item(s),  please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.  Please email the details of your request along with a photo of the damaged item(s), a description of the damage, your name and order number to customerservice@lovemegreek.com to be eligible for a free replacement. 

A COUPLE OF THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

    • It is recommended that you use a shipping provider that offers package tracking and insurance as Love Me Greek cannot take responsibility for any package that is lost during the transit process.

    • Ensure that items are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit and delivery as this will impact your ability to either receive store credit or exchange an item(s).

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable and thus you will bear the cost of returning your items back to Love Me Greek as well as the shipping costs for shipment of the new item(s).

    • All goods will be inspected upon return before any store credit or exchange request will be honored. Love Me Greek reserves the right to deny the return or exchange of any item(s) that appear to be used, worn, washed, stained, torn, and/or damaged. Apparel items must be free of makeup, fragrance, and deodorant.

    • Personalized/Customized items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges unless the error is made by Love Me Greek. Be sure to DOUBLE CHECK that your information is correct prior to submitting your order. 

    RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS

      1. To initiate the process, please send an email to customerservice@lovemegreek.com

        • Subject line: Return or Exchange Request for Order XXXX

        • Email must include: Your Name, Order Number, and a Description of why you are requesting a return or an exchange

        1. Mail the item(s) you wish to return to the following address within 10 days of receipt of the item(s):

      ***Item(s) returned after this period or show evidence of use/wear will NOT be returned or exchanged. You are responsible for covering all shipping costs to return and exchange your item(s).*** 

        1. Make sure to include a note inside the package that includes the following: Name, Order Number, and a quick description of why the item(s) are being returned or exchanged

        1. Once your return is received and processed, you will be issued store credit within 3-5 business days. Your store credit will be in the amount of the purchase price of the returned item(s) only. Similarly, if your are requesting an exchange please allow 3-5 business days after your item(s) has been received and processed for your new item(s) to ship.

      *** Please note that when we are traveling/vending for Conferences, Clusters, and MIPs, etc. this process will be delayed. ***
